Observational Psychic Experiences (OPE)
Observational Psychic Experiences (OPE) represent direct abnormal expriences, in the sense of a disruption of the notions of time, space and causality as we normally experience in our daily lifes occurs during the experience. These experiences can be followed by sensations in the physical body as very high vibrations, feelings, emotions but also, clearvision (beings, spheres of light), clear-hearings (words, sounds, whisperings in the ears) and a radical change in life and death perspectives.

Description of the phenomenon:
This night of June 28, 2022, around 10:20 p.m., about 20 minutes after falling asleep, an experience outside the possibilities of commonly accepted causality and logic occurred. We woke up, 2 of the bedroom lamps were on: the main bedroom lamp and the bedside lamp (aluminum base and glass top). The head and the whole body of the two people (my ex-girlfriend and myself) were in a state of total vibration. The bedside lamp had exploded into 3 pieces (two of the pieces were expelled) without any apparent sound and it was lying, on the floor, a few centimeters from the bedside table without having dropped any of the multiple small objects on the table. She had like teleported without noise, two large pieces of the lamp were missing. My ex-girlfriend perceived, just before the scene, a sphere of white light, crossing the room. I personally saw a blue being near the clothes closet. A small crystal necklace, which was on the lamp, was at the other end of the room, as if it had been thrown under the pressure of the energy of the room. After some past shock, I noticed two things: shards of glass surrounded my body and one of the shards of glass (10cm in length) was under my pillow. The other piece of glass was found a few minutes later, wedged between the mattress and the bed base. I then remembered a weird physical sensation before falling asleep, around 10 p.m. as if pieces of glass scratched and pricked my body.
